Local Lost Boy John Kuai, is awarded the 2009 Albert Ernest Caring Award in front of thousands of people during commencement services at University of North Florida.John Abel Kuai,received the prestigious 2009 Albert Ernest Caring Award from the University of North Florida for his volunteer services both in the refugee camps in Africa and in the US with Alliance for the Lost Boys of Sudan.
