Lost Boy Reunited

A Lost Boy is reunited with his family

On April 19, 2005, following seventeen years of separation due to civil war in Sudan, Lost Boy Atem Ajok was finally reunited with his mother and older brother Mabior (age 26). Joining them were his three younger sisters Ayak (age 18), Abuk (age 16) and Adau (age 14), and his younger brother Ajok (age 12) - the latter four whom he has never met. Together they are working as a family to rebuild their lives in America, while also bringing hope to the many other Lost Boys and Lost Girls who pray for similar reunions with their own families.
